Abstract
The purpose of community service in the collaboration between the University of Flores and Kemendikbudristek in 2021 is to increase the independence and welfare of PKK members in an integrated and sustainable manner, through counseling activities and entrepreneurship training and processing of Nuabosi cassava. Partners involved PKK Randotonda Village Team, 30 members. The methods used are counseling, training and mentoring. The activity begins with handing over tools and materials for training activities. At the beginning of the activity participants were given a pretest. The results achieved showed that the correct questions only reached an average of 31% of the 15 number of questions given, this value was in the low category. In general, entrepreneurship counseling and training aims to provide basic knowledge and skills in business management and generate entrepreneurial motivation. The next training is processing cassava into chips, kremes and wingko as well as making product labels and brands. The end of the activity was given a posttest, the results showed a significant change, the number of correct questions was an average of 90%, was in the high category.
