Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KUALITAS LAPORAN KEUANGAN DESA SEKECAMATAN MAUPONGGO Yuliana Vebronia Ngole Email : yulianafebronia513@gmail.com Program Studi Akuntansi, Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Flores, 2026 Pembimbing I : Sabra B. Wahab Thalib, SE.,M.Acc Pembimbing II : Iriany Dewi Soleiman, SE.,M.Sc Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan desa sekecamatan Mauponggo. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kausalitas dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden pada 20 desa sekecamatan Mauponggo. Teknik pengembilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SSPS (Statictical Package the Social Sciences) versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan desa sekecamatan mauponggo. Kata kunci: kompetensi sumber daya manusia, gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas laporan keuangan desa.
